The Domekleener is a tool designed specifically for cleaning CCTV Domes (a separate head is available for cleaning “Box” type cameras, typically those with a hood).
The cleaning head is manufactured from high grade Aluminium and Stainless Steel. Its patented design ensures that the cleaning blades maintain a constant pressure on the dome’s surface whilst preventing undue force from damaging the dome. All Domekleeners are assembled on a jig to ensure that each one meets all the tolerances required.
The Domekleener head is screwed onto a telescopic Carbon Fibre pole which, when fully extended, allows cameras mounted at 30′ can be cleaned with ease. The Carbon Fibre pole ensures that when fully extended, the “whip” factor is minimal allowing for greater control.
For applications where there is a high risk of electrical flash over we can supply poles that have an insulated base section or fibreglass poles if required.
The combined weight of the Cleaning Head and Pole is less than 4.5Kg.
